The participation fee for the organization is 70 € per person. This fee includes 3 meals, accommodation and transfer (Airport - accommodation, accommodation - sports venues and back).

4.9 Financial aspects

​

4.9.6 The Organising Committee has the right to collect, a participation fee per night and per person determined by FISU, from the participating universities.

Three months before the World Cup, the Organising Committee has the right to collect from the participating universities 25% of the total cost of the stay per athlete and officials of the delegation.

 

5.4.4 Deposit for individual sports

Three months before the World Cup, universities entering must confirm their entry with an advance payment of 25% of the accommodation costs per competitor entered.

The deposit, which guarantees an entry, shall be directly collected by the Organising Committee.

Should the athlete compete, his/her deposit shall be credited to the participation fees to be paid to the Organising Committee.

In the event of a withdrawal, this deposit shall cover the costs undertaken by the Organising Committee.

 

5.6 Financial conditions

5.6.1 FISU registration fees

FISU shall receive from each participant the following FISU registration fees:

a) Effective member associations of FISU: 20 EUR per athlete and official “with all membership fees payment in order”;

b) Other associations: 40 EUR per athlete and official.

FISU registration fees will be charged to the NUSF at the end of the World Cups season and an invoice will be delivered and signed by the Head of Delegation of each participating university.

5.6.2 Travel costs

The universities/NUSFs shall be responsible for their own cost of travel to the nearest official point of entry (approved by FISU) of the World Cup and return. The designated airport or other entry point must be approved by the FISU University World Cups Department.

5.6.3 Participation fees

The competing universities, upon arrival, shall pay their dues for participation fees 70 EUR per night and per person to the Organising Committee (in accordance with Art. 4.3 & 5.4).

a) Universities/NUSFs must pay to the Organising Committee three months before a prepayment of 25% of the participation fees for each athlete and official registered;

​

b) Upon their arrival each university/NUSF must pay the remaining balance to the Executive Committee.

The Organising Committee, if it so wishes may receive this payment in its own currency at the official rate of exchange.

​

Any partial or complete withdrawal unannounced by a NUSF to the Organising Committee and the World Cups Department or announced less than a week prior to the start of the competition and causing extra costs to the Organising Committee can be charged at the price of 70 EUR/night/person.

​

It is mandatory for delegations to pay the participation fee to the Organising Committee. If delegations refuse, they are excluded from the competition and will not receive accreditation.

All International Technical Officials shall be appointed jointly by IBA and FISU. The participating delegations shall bear their costs of travel and per diem in proportion to the number of athletes registered (from two days before the opening ceremony to one day after the closing ceremony).


The Organising Committee shall bear the costs of board and lodging (in single room). The Organising Committee shall announce the exact sum after the closing date for nominative entries (one month before the beginning of the Cup).

​

International Technical Officials shall be appointed jointly by WKF and FISU.

​

The participating delegations shall bear their costs of travel and per diem in proportion to the number of athletes registered (from two days before the opening ceremony to one day after the closing ceremony). The Organising Committee shall bear their costs board and lodging (in single room).

The Organising Committee shall announce the exact sum shortly after the closing date for nominative entries (one month before the beginning of the University World Cup).

4.3. TECHNICAL OFFICIALS
Nomination and costs


All international referees and judges are nominated by the FIAS Referees Commission under the supervision of FISU.


The participating delegations shall bear their costs of travel and per diem (two days before the opening ceremony to one day after the closing ceremony) in proportion to the number of athletes registered.
The Organising Committee shall bear their costs board and lodging (in single room).


NTOs are appointed by the National Sambo Federation. Organising Committee will cover their travel expenses, accommodation and full board.

International referees shall be appointed jointly by UWW and FISU. The participating delegations shall bear their costs of travel and per diem in proportion to the number of athletes registered (from two days before the opening ceremony to one day after the closing ceremony). The Organising Committee shall bear the costs of board and lodging (in single room).


The Organising Committee shall announce the exact sum shortly after the closing date for nominative entries (one month before the beginning of the University World Cup).

MUAYTHAI

4.3. TECHNICAL OFFICIALS
Nomination and costs


All international referees and judges shall be appointed jointly by IFMA and FISU. Their cost of travel and per diem will be covered by IFMA. The Organising Committee shall bear their costs board and lodging (in single room).


Participating universities can bring their own Team Technical Officials (TTO) whom must be approved by IFMA. Their travel expenses, accommodation and full board will be covered by their relevant National Muaythai Federation.


Remaining NTOs are appointed by IFMA and the Organising Committee will cover their travel expenses, accommodation and full board.

WUSHU

4.3. TECHNICAL OFFICIALS
Nomination and costs


ITOs shall be appointed jointly by IWUF and FISU. Their cost of travel and per diem will be covered by IWUF.
 

The Organising Committee shall bear their costs board and lodging (in single room). NTOs shall be appointed by the host country’s National Wushu Federation. The Organising Committee will cover their travel expenses, accommodation and full board.


Other costs are referenced in the FISU – IWUF partnership agreement.
